✦By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service:
✧GENERAL ✧
✦ Once I receive the order, I will send you a PayPal invoice or account number depending on the payment method.✦ Upon receipt of the deposit,
as soon as possible I will be sending previews of the sketch.✦ I will not make any further changes once the sketch is finished. After the sketch, the only changes will be in the color palette.✦ In the process, progress of the commission will be sent, such as:
- Sketch
- Lineart (lines)
- Base color
-Corrections
- Finished version✦ At the end, your commission will be sent to your email and it will include my signature, mark or my artist name (deletion is forbidden).✦Regardless of the commission (personal/commercial), all credits as an illustrator will be in my name.✦For personal use, it is not permitted to reproduce or alter the commissioned piece for resale for profit.✦For commercial use send email with your commission details to receive a rate.

✦ If you want to order a commission for PERSONAL USE, you can do whatever you want as long as you respect the following:
➜ Do not erase my signature, name or mark.
➜ Do not claim the work as your own.
➜ Not to use it for profit. In case you want my work for commercial use contact me and we'll talk about it.
➜ Give me credits when uploading it to any social network (this is not mandatory).✦ If you want to order a commission for COMMERCIAL USE, the price increases and varies according to the project.The following are considered commercial use:
➜ Reproduce and sell.
➜ Using the illustration to advertise (in banners, website, etc.)✦ I reserve the right to upload the drawing to my sites and use it as a sample of my work (unless otherwise specified). I will never use the drawing for any commercial purpose.
✧HOW TO ORDER? ✧
1) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE COMMISSION:✦ Write in detail what you want:
- Type of commission
- Character name/nickname:
- Expression / pose.
- Personality.
- Color palette.
- Other: (clothes, accessories, etc.)✦ Don't forget to send images or reference photos.
2) PAYMENT METHOD:✦ I will start the commission until I receive 100% of the payment in advance.✦ I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer (Mexico).✦ For more characters of the same type of commission, it is recommended to consult the price with the artist.
3) DELIVERY TIME:✦Generally a characters takes me about a week, this varies depending on the complexity and type of commission.✦ The delivery time will be specified in the messages, depending on the order of the orders and the difficulty of the orders.✦ If you want me to make a commission in a specific period of time, it may have an additional cost.
(The above applies if the term is less than one week).✦Delivery is by email in high quality 300 dpi (dots per inch).
✧REFUNDS ✧
✦ I will only give full refund if the work has not been started.✦ If the work has been started but is not finished, the refund will be partial to what has been done.✦ In case of cancellation by me, full refund will be given.
